Thank you for wanting to join the CozyFam. These terms explain how the CozyFam Ambassador program works. By applying, you agree to them.
1. Joining
The program is invitation only. Cozify reviews every application by hand and may accept or decline any application, or remove an ambassador at any time if these terms are not respected. Once you are accepted, the Cozify team will reach out with full information and access.
2. What you get
- 10% commission on every order you refer, calculated on the amount the customer pays for the products, after discounts and excluding delivery.
- A personal 10% code for your followers (one use per customer; not combinable with bundle deals or other offers).
- 30-day tracking: if someone clicks your link and orders within 30 days, the order counts for you.
- Monthly premium PR packages for accepted ambassadors: our new collection and new releases each month (hoodie blankets and slippers), so you always have fresh designs to share with your audience.
3. When a commission counts
A commission is earned only on orders that are delivered and paid. At the end of each month, the Cozify team reviews all of that month's referred orders: any order that was refused, cancelled, returned or refunded is removed, and the remaining commissions become final for that month's payout.
4. Payouts
Final commissions are paid monthly, at the end of each month, once that month's orders have been checked for returns,, through Whish Money. Please make sure the phone number on your account is your correct Whish number. You can follow your sales and earnings anytime in your ambassador dashboard.
5. Fair play
- No ordering through your own link or code to earn commission.
- No posting your code on coupon or deal websites, and no spam.
- No paid ads using the name "Cozify" or our logo without our written permission.
- Be honest: share your real experience. No fake reviews, no false claims about our products.
- Mark sponsored or gifted content clearly (for example "gifted" or "#ad").
6. Brand & content
You may use Cozify photos and videos we share with you, and your own content featuring our products, to promote Cozify. Please don't edit our logo. Cozify may repost content you create about our products, with credit to you.
7. Changes
Cozify may update the commission, the PR packages or these terms. We will let active ambassadors know before changes take effect.
8. Your information
We collect your name, email, phone number and social media handles only to run the program, approve applications, send PR packages and pay commissions. We do not sell your information. Your account is managed through our affiliate partner GoAffPro.
